Spotlight Your "Moving On" Class (learn more) This is a picture of our fourth “Just Moved” class as they were bundled up and ready to go out in the 10-degree night to release their balloons and “baggage” from their moves. This was our biggest class, with eight lovely ladies. We attribute the larger number to the advertising this year – our church did a beautiful job of advertising us within the church and on our website, and we had an article in a local weekly newspaper that brought three of our ladies to us! Another plus of the article was that five merchants saw it and gave gift certificates to each lady!! These ladies came from California, Texas, Virginia, other parts of New York and from across town! They definitely connected with each other and took Susan’s three steps necessary to adjust in a move. It was exciting to watch them being mended, molded, and matured by Christ through the class.
The class not only benefited the participants, but it also presented our church in a good light to the people who were not attending Eastern Hills, because they saw it as a great service to the community. All who are involved with the class feel blessed!
