What is your hectic schedule preventing you from enjoying?

I'd love to write a book, but I don't have time.
I'd love to explore new places for lunch, but I don't have time.
I'd love to read the Bible, but I don't have time.
I'd love to meet my neighbors, but....
I'd love to drink a cup of coffee and just daydream, but....
I'd love to ..."

What don't YOU have time for?

Is a lack of time preventing you from doing something you would really love to do? This week I challenge you to rearrange your daily schedule and free up one hour! No phone calls, no interruptions, no other claims on your attention. Just one hour for you and your thoughts - and a growing list of doing things that bring enjoyment to your day.

How?
Get up one hour earlier than your family;
stop using the lunch hour for errands;
swap an hour of child care with a neighbor or friend;
after dinner, retreat from your family.

Spend that hour doing something you love to do. Can you imagine the effectiveness of "stealing" one hour a day for yourself? That extra time could turn out to be the most productive of your whole day!

Steal a little time for yourself. You"ll be amazed at how much you can achieve with a few extra minutes once it becomes a habit.

Inspiration Quote:
